We want your shopping experience with MAE LAURENCE DESIGN GRUPPE GmbH to be just as relaxed and reliable as a walk with your dog — without surprises, but with a good feeling. Here you will find all information about shipping, delivery times, and costs at a glance.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland. Additional EU countries will follow soon.

Shipping Costs

Germany

– Standard shipping: €4.90

– Free shipping on orders over €49

France

– Flat rate: €14.95

– Free shipping on orders over €99

Austria & Switzerland

– Flat rate: €9.90

– Free shipping on orders over €99

Customs fees or import duties for deliveries to Switzerland are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Time

We process and ship orders on business days within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are usually:

– Germany: 2–4 working days

– France: 4–7 working days

– Austria & Switzerland: 4–7 working days

Note: During promotional periods or periods of high seasonal demand, there may occasionally be delays. We will keep you informed by email in any case.

Shipping Provider

We ship in an environmentally friendly way with DHL GoGreen. For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping is handled via DHL International or our logistics partners.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking link — so that you and your four-legged friend know exactly when the anticipation comes to an end.

Undeliverable Packages / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect the package from the delivery location, we reserve the right to charge the costs for reshipping.
