How can I return an item?
You can apply for return of an item through our website.
The garments must be in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, with all inside labels and without changes) and with the price tag, so that we can guarantee you the full purchase price refund. Underwear, swimwear, earrings, tights and socks, if their seal has been removed, as well as personalized items cannot be returned. The return at Maelaurence.com is always free of charge if you choose one of the methods offered by us.

The return must take place within a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods and always in the same country in which the item was purchased. You can also make your return from the comfort of your own home, using the enclosed return form or by requesting this from your user account on our website. After we have checked all the data, we will send you a courier service that will pick up your parcel. The carrier will contact you by e-mail to agree the details of the collection. Please follow the steps below to return the goods:
1- Take the invoice we sent you with the order and check the items you wish to return.
2- Pack them in their original packaging and on the picture sent with them. Attach the invoice and seal the package.
3- Click on the link "My account" on our website and request the collection.
4- Hand over the sealed package to the courier at your place of residence.
5- The amount for the returned items will be credited to you in the following days on the medium used for payment.
If you choose to return your package to the post office, a return label will be sent to you by e-mail. Print the label and attach it to the old label on the package. Once your parcel is labeled, you can take it to the nearest post office.
Which products are excluded from return?
The following articles are excluded from return:
o Personalized articles
o Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery
o Separate articles of a set or pack
When will the amount of items I return be refunded?
As soon as we have approved the return and your bank has processed the credit (the time for this depends on the respective bank), you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation and an indication that the corresponding amount will be credited to your account within the next few days.
What should I do if the refunded amount is incorrect?

Please note that MAELAURENCE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns of items notified or made outside the time limit set. The same applies to returns of garments that have not been returned in the same condition in which they were received.
When can I exchange an item?
Items purchased from MAELAURENCE.COM can be exchanged, and only a different size or colour of the same item can be selected. The price must not have changed, the article must be in perfect condition and in stock in the online store.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you must request a collection to return it and make a new purchase in our online store.
How long does it take to exchange an item?
The exchange period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
